Saturday, July 10th, 6:30pm - 8:30pm, Voidokilia Beach Yoga on the beautiful beaches of Messinia with the fascinating view of the castle! Come and share the magic of Forrest Yoga in the nature. When the sun turns the sand golden and the colors in the sky relax you and make your mind flee, we will begin our practice, breathing deeply, absorbing all of nature’s beauty, creating a line of communication with our body using Forrest Yoga unique asanas/poses. The course is targeted and designed for all levels, it is not a prerequisite to have done yoga before.
